Key Responsibilities

•Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end and act as the primary owner when issues arise.
•Drive the revenue line by focusing on top-line growth measured from outcomes, not activity.
•Run the ROAS dial by tuning internal ROAS targets per offer/geo/OS and translating retention and cap-fill outcomes into bid moves.
•Proactively identify performance problems before advertisers notice and execute scheduled tests such as format tests and geo expansions.
•Translate between commercial and technical teams by debugging cost-data drift and coordinating with engineering for timelines, then communicate back to partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English and Korean is required.
•Experience managing a book of advertiser/partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA (or strong willingness to develop into it).
•Hands-on experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular, including reading postbacks and handling attribution disputes.
•Comfort using platform-marketing metrics including ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
•Ability to translate data into clear explanations for both non-technical and technical audiences.
