Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership for the Team Leader/Resident Engineer/Safety Expert roles on the project, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project goals.
  • •Supervise and manage construction activities for highway/expressway bridge works, including design, procurement, supply and construction processes.
  • •Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government bodies to ensure compliance, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • •Oversee multi-country team requirements and mobilization efforts to meet project milestones and funding agency stipulations.
  • •Monitor risk, safety, and QA/QC programs on-site and implement corrective actions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate and Post Graduate in Civil Engineering;
  • •Aggregate minimum 20 years of professional experience in minimum 3 countries (which may include home country) with minimum two years in a foreign country.
  • •Experience of construction supervision of Highway/Expressway Bridge projects (5 years or more) with at least two Bridge Projects of 2/4/6 lanes and span not less than 125 m, plus familiarity with Multilateral/Bilateral funding projects.
  • •Age not more than 60 years.
