  • •Own Baseten’s global workplace and real estate strategy, including real estate planning, site selection, expansions, and capital investments.
  • •Build and operate exceptional workplaces by owning end-to-end workplace operations, office buildouts, relocations, and launches.
  • •Define the physical expression of Baseten by shaping the look, feel, and personality of spaces and employee/customer/guest experiences.
  • •Lead and develop the Workplace Experience team to scale execution and ownership alongside company growth.
