Job Summary

Lead SAP CRM functional consulting, owning key Quote-to-Cash capabilities such as CRM services, pricing, billing, partner determination, action profiles, and marketing campaign management. You’ll work hands-on with CRM middleware and ECC integration, including master and transactional data replication, and support Agreement-to-Order flows with strong ECC SD knowledge. Also contribute to SAP CRM e-commerce, product catalog management, and integrations with APO gATP and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own SAP CRM functional processes across Quote-to-Cash (QTC) including CRM services, pricing, billing, partner determination, action profiles, and marketing campaign management.
•Implement and support CRM middleware with ECC integration, including master and transactional data replication.
•Support Agreement-to-Order processes with strong understanding of ECC SD.
•Contribute to SAP CRM e-commerce capabilities, including product catalog management and standard CRM programs.
•Facilitate integration between SAP CRM and APO gATP and logistics processes.
