Job Summary

Support and maintain secure, stable, high-performing application platforms across hybrid environments (on-prem, SaaS, PaaS). Monitor production health, respond to incidents and service requests, and perform troubleshooting and escalation. Execute operational tasks like deployments, restarts, patching, upgrades, and health checks. Contribute to DevOps by supporting CI/CD pipeline operations, automation scripts, and governance/compliance. Partner with infrastructure, network, and security teams with on-call rotations.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor system health to ensure availability, performance, and security of production environments.
•Respond to incidents and service requests; assist troubleshooting and follow escalation procedures to resolve issues timely.
•Perform routine operations including deployments, restarts, patching, upgrades, and system health checks.
•Support DevOps/automation including CI/CD pipeline operations, job monitoring, and automation scripts to reduce manual effort.
•Adhere to IT governance, security policies, and compliance; collaborate with teams and communicate incidents/changes during on-call rotations.

Salary: INR 1,303,050 - 2,171,750

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
•3-6 years of experience in application infrastructure support, enterprise IT operations, and system administration.
•Hands-on Linux, Windows, or AIX administration, with understanding of application infrastructure in hybrid environments (on-prem, SaaS, PaaS).
•Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
•Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation: Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Ansible/Control-M/Terraform, plus basic scripting (Shell, PowerShell, or Python).
