Lead end-to-end project coordination within Mastercard Data & Services Operational Excellence, ensuring scope, schedule, resources, and stability are delivered on time and within budget. Build detailed project plans, compliance methodologies, metrics, and KPIs to track customer satisfaction and program success. Drive cross-functional initiatives and change planning/execution, conduct readiness assessments, and communicate status updates and cutover plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
