Instructional Designer (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Design and develop performance-focused learning experiences for new hires and existing employees, translating learning needs into instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and eLearning solutions. Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to plan projects, manage timelines, and continually improve programs using learning analysis and evaluation models like Kirkpatrick and Gagné. Create engaging activities, facilitator materials, and performance support assets to drive operational success.
