Key Responsibilities

•Source and underwrite private credit investment opportunities in collaboration with sponsors
•Conduct PE-style diligence, including analysis of industries, credit structures, and risk/returns
•Prepare investor materials and financial models; analyze performance trends and KPIs
•Monitor portfolio company performance and evaluate potential add-on transactions
•Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams across public and private markets

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of full-time work experience in investment banking, credit, lending, or other relevant buyside roles
•Experience with leveraged finance, financial sponsors, or restructuring exposure would be beneficial
•Strong technical skills with finance, accounting, and modeling capabilities
•Ability to produce financial reporting and investor materials and analyze performance trends
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player with intellectual curiosity
