Key Responsibilities

•Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets by analyzing metrics and applying best practices.
•Build client relationships through proactive outreach; ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences and support VIP retention and repeat business.
•Coach the team on goals and performance and support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development and training.
•Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.
•Ensure operational excellence by processing POS transactions and inventory functions, maintaining stockroom organization, and driving omni-channel initiatives including virtual selling and live-stream shopping.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role, preferably in luxury/premium or comparable retail.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.
•Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
