Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong leadership to cost management teams, ensuring delivery across accountabilities on complex construction programs.
  • •Serve as the lead client-facing point of contact and interface with stakeholders and consultants across all stages of commercial real estate and construction projects.
  • •Deliver quantity surveying, cost control, and change management activities across the full project lifecycle (e.g., fit-out, refurbishment, ground-up).
  • •Coordinate and drive strategic and operational delivery of cost management and project controls services across project types and sectors.
  • •Act as primary contact for reporting overall commercial status, managing financial performance (margins, fee forecasts, resource planning), and driving best-practice implementation and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry, including commercial real estate projects.
  • •Strong foundation in quantity surveying practices, with RICS certification or working toward accreditation preferred.
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred, with demonstrated experience supporting projects across multiple sectors.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
