Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor team/shift processes and performance with a focus on eliminating waste.
  • •Serve as a link between the team, support functions, and the team manager.
  • •Develop key team processes and tools within the service center.
  • •Control quality, deviations, and service execution stops together with the team manager.
  • •Support immediate problem solving and participate in problem-solving/knowledge sharing across service organizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent knowledge of repair processes, products, and applications.
  • •Experience with Plate and Welded Heat Exchangers reconditioning and maintenance (plus).
  • •Experience with decanter centrifuge maintenance (plus).
  • •TIG welding experience (plus).
  • •Ability to train/coaching, run SOP audit dialogues, and help close competence gaps.
