Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and communicate allocation strategies for a specific product area to optimize inventory levels and maximize sales.
  • •In partnership with Merchandising, produce size profiling by country/store cluster and drive in-season sales, inventory, and stock-turn performance.
  • •Create weekly analysis and capacity reports to identify out-of-stocks, size imbalances, opportunities, and risks, and proactively communicate to relevant teams.
  • •Implement monthly floorset launches and consolidate instructed product removal from stores within the set time frame; coordinate new store packages with merchant and floorplans.
  • •Support Merchandising Manager with allocation strategy achievements and build relationships across Merchants, Planners, Operations, Logistics, Regional Directors, and Store Managers.
