  • •Design appropriate control measures (policies, processes, systems, etc.) and continuously monitor their effectiveness.
  • •Conduct impartial oversight and assessment of material incidents in business operations and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Continuously refine risk identification and response techniques using data models, AI models, and other technologies to establish industry best practices.

Key Requirements
