Senior Staff Machine Learning Platform Engineer

Own the technical vision and evolution of Faire’s machine learning platform, shaping long-term architecture across training, inference, feature management, governance, and MLOps. Set org-wide standards for quality, testing, experimentation, model lifecycle management, and observability. Architect scalable workflows using Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow, drive adoption of Unity Catalog and data/ML mesh patterns, and act as a senior advisor while mentoring ML engineers to raise the bar.
