Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the best team by hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and educating staff on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Maintain production by checking daily production orders for fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed and that machinery performs, including passing USDA inspection requirements.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
