Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-cycle recruitment across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, supporting hiring across multiple business units and functions.
  • •Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, providing strategic talent advice, market intelligence, and workforce planning support.
  • •Translate organizational priorities into recruitment and talent attraction strategies in partnership with business leaders.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent searches across different jurisdictions while balancing priorities and maintaining an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • •Build proactive talent pipelines and use data and market information to improve recruitment decisions and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced environments such as professional services, consulting, communications, financial advisory, or executive search.
  • •Experience recruiting across multiple jurisdictions within Asia Pacific and/or the Middle East, including regulatory and employment market differences.
  • •Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions using insight, expertise, and data.
  • •Strong understanding of regional talent markets and sourcing strategies for specialist and senior-level hires.
  • •Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and/or Workday.
