Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of Extended Power Uprate projects from design through implementation, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met.
  • •Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in coordination with site engineering, licensing, and executive sponsors.
  • •Oversee project budgets and resource plans with strict cost and performance controls.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, licensing, operations, EPC partners, OEMs) to deliver system upgrades and plant capacity improvements.
  • •Identify and manage technical, regulatory, and execution risks to support timely NRC approvals and project milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of nuclear industry experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex projects as a lead project manager or site manager of projects.
  • •Strong background in project management, engineering, and construction oversight.
  • •Familiarity with finance, project controls, and cost/schedule management.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, with PMP certification required (Professional Engineer preferred).
