Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support the AMO team of LAMEs, AMEs, and apprentices to deliver business goals and objectives.
  • •Drive team performance and manage employee lifecycle matters across development, engagement, conduct, attendance, and wellbeing.
  • •Facilitate open communication and encourage a positive team culture while supporting capability development.
  • •Contribute to people activities including onboarding, return-to-work, recruitment, and EA compliance.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across operations, safety, training, and planning to enable continuous improvement and effective change.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading people in a frontline or industrialised environment.
  • •Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline, or relevant equivalent experience, highly regarded.
  • •Proven ability to coach and develop frontline teams to drive performance and capability.
  • •Experience managing employee lifecycle matters, including case management, performance, conduct, HR/IR and EA matters, safety, and wellbeing.
  • •Working knowledge of HR/IR policies, procedures, systems, and WHS legislation, fitness for work processes, and compliance obligations.
