Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds. Deliver a high-quality client experience by engaging customers, uncovering needs, and educating them on digital self-service options like ATMs and online/mobile banking. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calls and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), while following risk management, internal controls, and operational procedures.
