Machine Learning Engineer, TikTok Content Recommendation (Ecosystem & Cold-Start)

Design and optimize TikTok’s content distribution and author growth mechanisms by building large-scale recommendation systems. Own end-to-end machine learning pipelines—improving algorithms and infrastructure to increase recommendation performance, user experience, and content ecosystem health. Apply advanced ML techniques (e.g., multi-modal, reinforcement learning, causal inference, graph neural networks) and collaborate cross-functionally to grow TikTok in key markets.
