Own the strategy and execution behind Atlassian’s Apps Marketplace partner growth. Key Responsibilities

•Help deliver the Apps Marketplace partner strategy as part of the Partner and Business Development teams.
•Create partner development and detailed account plans to track ISV provider progress and achievement against partner goals.
•Execute the strategic business plan with partner leaders and internal stakeholders (e.g., solutions architects, services, marketing, PR, legal, support).
•Understand marketplace provider technical requirements and guide product offering direction with the internal development team.
•Support GTM programs, revenue guidelines, enterprise pipeline management for solution-provider migrations, and business reviews for senior management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,118 - 192,087 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of tech/software sales or business development experience in the software/technology industry.
•Experience owning and managing partnerships and/or Global Enterprise Accounts against quarterly targets.
•Experience with ISV SaaS delivery (or helping an ISV transform its delivery model).
•Strong technical acumen with experience driving emerging/disruptive technologies such as open source, virtualization, and SaaS.
•Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations; strong presentation skills for cross-functional audiences.
