Job Summary

Partner with India GCC leadership as a strategic HR advisor, helping build and scale the GCC through workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategy. Drive change and transformation, lead talent management practices (succession, reviews, pipelines), and coach leaders on performance and engagement. Support hiring and onboarding at scale, guide reward and compensation decisions with market data, and ensure strong governance, employee relations, and compliance across a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner GCC Head and leadership team on organisation design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, translating business priorities into people plans.
•Support GCC build-out and operating model through hiring/onboarding at scale, scalable HR processes, workforce planning, and an employee value proposition.
•Lead talent management including succession planning, talent reviews, pipeline development, and coaching leaders on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
•Drive culture, engagement, and employee experience by embedding inclusive culture, monitoring attrition insights, advising on employee relations, and serving as escalation point.
•Act as key interface with global HR to manage stakeholder alignment, reward/market competitiveness via benchmarking, and ensure compliance, governance, and effective HR change initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Proven HR Business Partner experience in a high-growth, transformation, or GCC environment.
•Experience in India (GCC, shared services, or technology hub preferred).
•Strong knowledge of Indian employment law and market practices.
•Experience operating in a matrix, international organisation (financial services preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and execute operationally, including talent acquisition, talent management, and organisational development.
