Key Responsibilities

•Handle a caseload of litigated motor claims to settlement.
•Create case strategy following client guidelines and available information.
•Assess cases and liability and engage in discussions with clients and third party solicitors to pursue rapid settlement and cost apportionment.
•Maintain accurate case management, billing and reporting systems to support decision making.
•Allocate funds to client accounts per procedures to ensure appropriate payments.

•Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
