Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate asphalt plant controls to weigh and deliver aggregates and asphalt cement to the dryer and mixer for loading into trucks.
  • •Partner with plant crew members to keep production running efficiently.
  • •Maintain dryer heat by adjusting thermostatic controls and ensure proper material flow.
  • •Monitor gauges, dials, and machinery operation to ensure conformance to processing specifications.
  • •Answer telephone/radio and take/input orders; assist with plant maintenance and compiling production/maintenance reports.
