  • •Use Oracle to plan and promise assembly orders based on customer requests and material plans.
  • •Initiate purchase orders for parts, services, and non-product items, coordinating receipt, inspection, and compliance to meet customer dates.
  • •Coordinate planning within designated value streams by releasing, firming, deferring, or canceling planned orders.
  • •Monitor supply and demand alignment using reports, maintaining timely communication of promise-date changes.
  • •Adjust assembly bills of material and routings and coordinate quality/engineering changes to minimize obsolescence and changeover time.

Key Requirements

  • •2-year college degree (or High School Diploma/GED) and 3 years of experience.
  • •Understand appropriate planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong digital literacy using Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word.
  • •Solid understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and manufacturing business systems (MRPII).
  • •An understanding of Lean manufacturing knowledge and tools is preferred.
