Key Responsibilities

•Lead electrical design for building services projects, guiding feasibility studies through detailed design and tender stages.
•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with international offices to align on technical solutions and standards.
•Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and client requirements while delivering safe, sustainable designs.
•Develop and implement energy strategies including renewable technologies to meet project objectives.
•Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum); Master’s degree preferred
•Minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience
•Membership to an accredited engineering body (e.g., IET, CIBSE)
•Design experience of Building Services with energy strategies incorporating renewable technologies
•Fully conversant with technical software such as Dialux, Dialux evo, Amtech, Hevacomp; proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project
