Lead a team to drive harmonized Wholesale supply chain processes for NAM Wholesale Accounts, ensuring best-in-class delivery timing and execution. Own supply + demand alignment, monthly planning, outbound operations, KPI delivery, and in-season orderbook risk mitigation. Partner cross-functionally across Order Management, Product Supply, Demand Planning, Sales, and DC Operations. Use analytics and continuous improvement methods to improve availability, on-time shipping, and customer compliance while reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

•Lead and manage a small team to drive continuous planning, process, system, and service improvements for Wholesale accounts.
•Deliver supply chain performance KPIs to improve availability and on-time shipping for assigned WHS accounts.
•Support preseason planning by aligning seasonal assortments, order deadline needs, RID feasibility, and tracking key programs while flagging risks.
•Drive in-season orderbook alignment and supply forecasting to mitigate demand/supply misalignment and support bottom’s up financial forecasting.
•Analyze supply chain data and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; recommend and implement continuous improvement and risk mitigation initiatives.
