•Pipeline Balancing: update information, databases, and reports for project prioritization and balancing; perform complex information analysis to facilitate management decisions.
•Pipeline Reporting: prepare and publish recurring reports (Quarterly Pipeline Report, monthly Global Pipeline Report); identify gaps and inform management.
•Project Budgets: own tools for tracking actuals and forecast spending; assist teammates in proper use of budgeting tools.
•Projects Schedules: manage tools for tracking milestones and KPIs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
•Growth Strategy: track goals and KPIs, support development of the organic growth pipeline and annual targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,400 - 120,500 annually

•Degree in Engineering, Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
