Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble switchboards/panelboards by selecting and installing components/devices using hand and power tools.
  • •Use drawings/diagrams/blueprints and order entry systems to manufacture custom ordered switchboards and identify missing components.
  • •Maintain job progress and communicate problem areas or part shortages during production.
  • •Perform quality responsibility, including visual inspections before and after assembly and troubleshooting errors.
  • •Contribute to process improvement and complete root cause analysis; cross-train and stand in for other roles as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Sumter facility (50 mile radius) will be considered.
  • •Experience in complex assembly operations or assembly requiring drawings/diagrams.
  • •Experience reading blueprints/manufacturing diagrams or operating instructions and using measuring devices (e.g., tape measure, calipers).
