Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer clients’ trusts as needed and support Bank trust advisors and administrators.
  • •Partner with Wealth Advisors to retain client base and optimize effective, efficient processes and client experience.
  • •Handle account onboarding and administration, including new account document prep, opening, asset transfer, and coordination with outside custodians (Schwab and Fidelity).
  • •Coordinate with Middle Office on account opening, cash transactions, and asset transfers; review daily fiduciary activity.
  • •Provide sales support by partnering on client proposals and marketing materials, assist with establishing/maintaining client accounts on Life 360, and utilize CRM.

Salary: USD 71,100 - 145,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •3-5 years of client service/sales experience with high net worth/ultra high net worth clients.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX) experience preferred.
  • •Experience with client relationship management systems (CRM), document repositories, and electronic workflow tools.
