Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals by monitoring sales progress against key targets.
  • •Supervise and coach a high-performing team, delegating tasks to associates to maintain operational excellence.
  • •Lead customer engagement on the sales floor and provide feedback and coaching to associates around customer engagement.
  • •Support the management of labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity under the Store Manager’s direction.
