Key Responsibilities

•Plan and perform hand and/or machine welding to fabricate or repair parts per drawings and instructions.
•Work from drawings, sketches, welding schedules, verbal and written instructions; make equipment and parameter adjustments to obtain quality welds.
•Prepare parts for welding, align and secure details; operate welding equipment and complete welding cycles.
•Utilize inspection methods (X-ray/black light) and measuring instruments to check dimensions and record results.
•Maintain welding certifications and assist with other tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High School or GED.
•1+ year of related experience, or a post-secondary degree/certificate in a related field with 0-1+ years of experience.
•Certify and maintain welding certification in at least two metal groups (preferred).

•Flexibility around shifts and overtime.
