Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and external partners to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • •Manage and improve business-critical operational systems including ERP, MRP, warehouse and transportation management, inventory, and demand & supply planning platforms.
  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and support solutions for inventory movement, fulfillment, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and operational reporting.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional initiatives to drive alignment, execution, and accountability across technical and business teams.
  • •Develop and execute user acceptance testing, training, and change management, and document for technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • •4+ years of professional experience in business systems, ERP administration, systems implementation, operations technology, or related technical roles.
  • •Experience driving operational business processes across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, or fulfillment.
  • •Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • •Strong ability to translate business processes into scalable system designs and technical requirements.
