Job Summary

Support the service team to keep daily operations running smoothly by delivering a world-class customer experience. You’ll handle vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, coordinate loaners and bodyshop runs, test-charge vehicles at Electrify America stations, and arrange Lyft rides for internal moves. Assist with pre-delivery inspection (PDI) carrier prep, help with hand-over/check-in, support technicians with basic repairs, and complete shop tasks such as moving, staging, parts delivery, and washing vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a world-class customer experience to Lucid clients, internal and external.
•Transport customer vehicles/loaners, run to the bodyshop, and test-charge vehicles at Electrify America charge stations.
•Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request.
•Assist with pre-delivery inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, including check-in when needed.

•Basic automotive knowledge and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire and complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire.
•Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire).
