Job Summary

Support the pre-sales process for HindSight by partnering with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Operations, and Support to capture customer requirements and translate them into accurate demos, solution assumptions, and quotes. Help gather technical needs across call handling, radio, dispatch consoles, CAD, screen recording, and storage, then prepare BOMs and handoff documentation so internal teams can implement the right configuration for each public-safety environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the pre-sales process for HindSight opportunities, including discovery, demos, quoting, and technical follow-up.
•Assist with gathering customer requirements across call handling equipment, radio systems, dispatch consoles, CAD, screen recording, storage, user access, and deployment preferences.
•Build accurate quotes and BOMs based on customer requirements, licensing needs, hardware platforms, integrations, support options, and system sizing.
•Participate in customer calls to document technical needs, clarify scope, and identify missing information for quoting or solution design.
•Prepare internal notes, requirements summaries, quote assumptions, and handoff documentation for Operations and Implementation teams.

Travel: Low travel

•Associate's degree.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools, especially Excel or Sheets.
