Job Summary

Enable customers by applying MuleSoft technology hands-on while coaching and mentoring Services team members. Serve as a subject-matter expert and influencer for API-led engagements, driving adoption through training, delivery guidance, and reusable technical content. Lead multi-phased delivery projects, architect integration solutions end-to-end across SDLC, support governance and operational lifecycle standards, and collaborate with MuleSoft product leadership to provide field insights and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in MuleSoft Technical Product and Consulting Services training, then begin field shadowing and customer implementation execution.
•Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on guidance to influence development, governance, and operational lifecycle standards.
•Deliver and evangelize frameworks, deliverables, best practices, and policies; publish reusable content for the field.
•Identify opportunities to expand MuleSoft footprint by leading multiple engagements and collaborating with MuleSoft partners, SIs, and third parties.
•Deliver presentations, architectural blueprint documents, and requirements-gathering workshops to guide solution design and address risks/pain points.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in Japanese and business fluency in English.
•Experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
•Demonstrated experience architecting services integrations using at least two of: MuleSoft or other integration solutions, API management solutions, and packaged COTS for ERO/CRM/e-commerce/mobile.
•Demonstrated experience managing and architecting multiple integration project SDLCs end-to-end, sometimes simultaneously.
•Experience architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions with high-availability, fault-tolerance, and performance testing/tuning.
