Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in MuleSoft Technical Product and Consulting Services training, then begin field shadowing and customer implementation execution.
  • •Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on guidance to influence development, governance, and operational lifecycle standards.
  • •Deliver and evangelize frameworks, deliverables, best practices, and policies; publish reusable content for the field.
  • •Identify opportunities to expand MuleSoft footprint by leading multiple engagements and collaborating with MuleSoft partners, SIs, and third parties.
  • •Deliver presentations, architectural blueprint documents, and requirements-gathering workshops to guide solution design and address risks/pain points.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Japanese and business fluency in English.
  • •Experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
  • •Demonstrated experience architecting services integrations using at least two of: MuleSoft or other integration solutions, API management solutions, and packaged COTS for ERO/CRM/e-commerce/mobile.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing and architecting multiple integration project SDLCs end-to-end, sometimes simultaneously.
  • •Experience architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions with high-availability, fault-tolerance, and performance testing/tuning.
