Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain vendors in the accounting system, including collecting and maintaining representations and certifications, W9, and direct deposit information.
  • •Maintain Costpoint Vendor Module and approved purchasing system documentation, including tracking active vs. inactive vendors and keeping procurement/PO folder documentation current.
  • •Maintain subcontract and vendor documentation repositories, including certificate of insurance, annual representations and certifications, and the approved vendor list.
  • •Learn and assist with developing RFP/RFQ/RFI materials and gathering/tracking inputs for review, analysis, negotiation, and fair and reasonable determinations.
  • •Assist with processing NDA, teaming agreements, and OCI documentation; support award documentation, subcontract execution/modifications/closeout, and respond to customer correspondence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • •0–2 years of related experience administering contracts/subcontracts, office administration, purchasing, or contract administration.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong reading and comprehension skills.
