Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency; develop data quality monitoring and enforce data standards and controls.
  • •Maintain metadata and business glossaries; support master data management and participate in data governance programs.
  • •Design executive dashboards and management reports, including automated reporting solutions, KPI scorecards, and self-service BI.
  • •Optimize reporting performance and usability to support business user needs.
  • •Deliver analytics across risk monitoring, customer segmentation, regulatory reporting, claims analytics, fraud monitoring, and portfolio performance dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of data analytics experience, including strong SQL and data visualization skills.
  • •5+ years of BFSI domain experience across banking, financial services, insurance, risk, compliance, and customer analytics.
  • •Experience handling large-scale enterprise datasets and building executive dashboards and MIS reports.
  • •Proficiency with data management and governance, including data quality monitoring and metadata/business glossary maintenance.
  • •Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable insights while partnering with stakeholders and technology teams.
