Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide accurate technical guidance for application and integration capabilities for the NESD Helix engineering team.
  • •Gather requirements and produce documentation and implementation guides, including presentations and demos.
  • •Develop workflows and integrations in Developer Studio/Innovation Studio, including forms/fields, and build data import files.
  • •Build REST API/web service/LDAP integrations between Helix and external applications/systems.
  • •Handle incident assignments and execute change requests, maintain/update the production environment, meet KPI thresholds, and participate in Agile rituals and on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development experience.
  • •US citizenship required.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance.
  • •BMC Accredited Administrator or commensurate Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience.
  • •Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix 23.x+ (e.g., incident, change, release, service request, Smart Reporting/DWP/CMDB) and related integrations (REST/web services and/or LDAP).
