Sr Program Specialist

Own project performance with a focus on P&L impact and customer satisfaction. Coordinate daily activities on-site according to milestone schedules for technology installations in data center environments, including fire alarms, access control, CCTV, and building management. Lead and align site leads and project engineering teams, manage subcontractors and vendors, and drive accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts. Resolve technical issues through daily/weekly reviews and coordinate design and engineering teams for revenue conversion.
