Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive Proof of Concept and value demonstrations with customers, providing hands-on support to show how ZEDEDA solutions fit their edge deployments.
•Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, translating customer requirements into actionable architectures.
•Collaborate with the Client Executive to expand ZEDEDA’s footprint by identifying opportunities, assembling the right resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams across global sites.
•Support account-based marketing strategies to drive technology proliferation and deployment of ZEDEDA solutions in target accounts.
•Represent ZEDEDA at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, communicating technology positioning and competitive differentiators.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of presales/solution architecture experience in customer-facing roles with engineering software
•Experience with large-scale deployments including virtualization, edge networking and security, and relevant edge applications across Oil & Gas, Renewables, Industrial Automation, Retail and Automotive
•Strong understanding of hardware platforms and their fit in customer deployments; knowledge of virtualization, Kubernetes, Docker Compose
•Operational understanding of deploying large-scale edge solutions; ability to engage with senior business managers and C-level executives
•Willingness to travel 25-50% and collaborate with distributed teams across global sites
