Job Summary

A role focused on coaching and developing relationship managers in the HSBC insurance distribution channel. Key Responsibilities

•Provide one-on-one coaching to help relationship managers translate knowledge into practical skills and enhance insurance sales capabilities.
•Train core competencies across the full sales process, including execution of phone appointments, in-depth KYC, case solution and closing.
•Train and coach RM on completing Policy Reviews and analysing Policy Review Reports to customers.
•Support relationship managers in analysing client needs, designing tailored solutions, and preparing for client meetings, including role-play and rehearsals.
•Participate in customer events and training sessions, assist with pre-event preparations, provide on-site support, and conduct post-event evaluations and follow-ups.

Key Requirements

•5 years experience in sales force
•Board-based knowledge of the Insurance business and China practices
•Strong influential skills and ability to influence people of different cultures
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
•Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management
