Job Summary

Lead the Component IPT execution for the F135 Fan Engine Ice Protection System and Actuation program, taking part-level ownership for rotating parts within the Fan module. Own technical risk planning and closure, guide progress through technical/program reviews, and manage IPT budgets, schedules, and measurable performance metrics. Represent the IPT with customers and senior leadership and provide support for validation engine builds and test activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Take part-level ownership on behalf of the CIPT, ensuring timely communication, proactive risk management, and execution of program requirements.
•Lead technical risk and issue identification, management, and closure with defined action plans and measurable progress.
•Prepare and guide technical and program reviews, validating technical content and ensuring deliverables meet program standards.
•Manage IPT budgets and schedules by monitoring performance, addressing variances, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
•Support validation engine builds and engine test activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, safely, and within test windows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience within Manufacturing, Military, Logistics, Aerospace, or Aviation industries.
•U.S. citizenship required to access information under the program/contract.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (preferred).
•Organizational and project management skills, including PMP certification (preferred).
