Key Responsibilities

•Use AI to automate marketing workflows and scale marketing programs by mapping opportunities, connecting systems, and fine-tuning for performance.
•Partner with marketing, BDR, and sales teams to build and optimize workflows for lead scoring, lead routing, email campaigns, content production, webinars, and events.
•Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing ROI, including pipeline generation, attribution, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
•Maintain accurate, reliable data across marketing systems by piping, enriching, auditing, updating, and fixing errors.
•Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, plus supporting tools.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS startup or similar role.
•Experience applying AI to marketing functions using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and building/chaining agents.
•Strong proficiency with marketing tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Influ2, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
•Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where systems and processes are being built for the first time.
