Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the site cost leader in implementing functional/organizational strategy and goals.
  • •Serve as first-line leader for a team, setting priorities and ensuring operational objectives and task completion.
  • •Manage and support the team’s people operations, including goals/performance reviews, feedback, coaching, and development planning.
  • •Sponsor contractors by approving time submissions, mentoring/coaching, and providing annual performance feedback.
  • •Lead transitions of new work by coordinating with cost leaders, determining timing/capacity, distributing work, and ensuring training/documentation for successful handover.

  • •Qualified CMA/CA with 10+ years of similar team lead experience.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience with manufacturing cost experience.

  • •Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain organized with good judgment while adapting to changing demands.
