  • •Lead solutions from discovery and requirements through deployment, adoption, support, and enhancement.
  • •Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve performance, profitability, productivity, and decision-making.
  • •Serve as the business owner/lead steward for systems such as JWS, PRISM, PEAK, Command, and related applications.
  • •Lead and develop Solution Analysts; manage budgets, vendors, resources, risks, and portfolio reporting, while improving user capability through training and support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • •Experience translating business needs into technology solutions and leading cross-functional delivery.
  • •Working knowledge of analytics, systems integration, testing, change management, and operational support.
  • •Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
