Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the planning and execution of tailings and mine waste engineering projects from concept through execution.
•Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers to foster technical excellence and career growth.
•Lead client engagements and represent the team in regulatory discussions and industry forums.
•Provide strategic input into permitting, environmental planning, and risk management frameworks.
•Build and maintain trusted client relationships and support business development initiatives.

Key Requirements

•10–15 years of progressive experience in mine waste, tailings, or geotechnical engineering.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering.
•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada
•Demonstrated expertise in tailings dam design, closure planning, and risk-based decision-making
•Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects
