Lead controls project delivery in Evansville, managing project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating project status to internal and external stakeholders.
•Review contract documents to identify risks and develop mitigation plans, including managing construction contract language and compliance.
•Financially manage projects including cash flow, monthly forecasts, expense monitoring, collections support, backlog review, and cost reconciliation.
•Oversee subcontractors including properly qualified selection, RFQ process, subcontract award, and subcontractor execution.
•Lead project administration and coordination: establish task/schedule/communications, collaborate on control submittals/plans/specifications, and manage change orders.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC / BAS Controls and Project Management, or a related 4-year degree (electrical, mechanical engineering, or construction project management preferred).
•Familiarity executing as a third-tier contractor, with experience working with building owners preferred.
•Experience leading teams comprised of different technical skill levels.
•Efficient at resource and manpower planning.
•Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
