Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating project status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Review contract documents to identify risks and develop mitigation plans, including managing construction contract language and compliance.
  • •Financially manage projects including cash flow, monthly forecasts, expense monitoring, collections support, backlog review, and cost reconciliation.
  • •Oversee subcontractors including properly qualified selection, RFQ process, subcontract award, and subcontractor execution.
  • •Lead project administration and coordination: establish task/schedule/communications, collaborate on control submittals/plans/specifications, and manage change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC / BAS Controls and Project Management, or a related 4-year degree (electrical, mechanical engineering, or construction project management preferred).

  • •Experience leading teams comprised of different technical skill levels.
  • •Efficient at resource and manpower planning.
