Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and manage the Project Permit Management System and Master Permit Register, including governance, workflows, and reporting.
  • •Identify, plan, and track all required permits, licenses, approvals, and authorizations across development/environmental, construction, electrical infrastructure, and marine/subsea scopes.
  • •Coordinate regulatory and government interface engagement in Indonesia and Singapore, managing submissions, timelines, meetings, and issue resolution.
  • •Oversee EPC contractor permitting activities by reviewing plans/submissions, tracking acquisition and compliance status, and escalating permitting risks and issues.
  • •Integrate permitting into the Integrated Master Schedule, forecast approval outcomes, manage permit schedules and dependencies, and provide executive permit reporting and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning, Construction Management, Law, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in permitting, regulatory affairs, environmental approvals, or major infrastructure project delivery.
  • •Proven experience managing permits and approvals for large-scale infrastructure, energy, power, or marine projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project development, construction processes, and regulatory stakeholder engagement.
  • •Experience managing regulatory environments in Indonesia and Singapore (highly desirable).
