Job Summary

Own and execute residential marketing strategy for ultra-luxury developments, building brand equity and generating high-quality, prequalified leads to support sales conversion. Lead integrated full-funnel campaigns across digital, web, paid social, content/film, PR, influencer management, print, brochures, and eDMs. Partner closely with Sales, Digital, Events, and external agencies to engage UHNW/HNW audiences through premium events and bespoke content, with measurable impact on revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution of residential marketing strategies aligned to commercial and brand objectives.
•Develop asset-level marketing plans, positioning, and audience strategies for specific developments.
•Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, web, paid social, content/film, PR, influencer management, print, brochures, and eDMs.
•Partner with Sales to generate qualified, CRM-driven leads and support conversion and revenue growth.
•Plan UHNW/HNW-targeted events and support PR strategy and execution in collaboration with Communications and external agencies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
•8+ years’ experience in senior marketing roles, ideally in luxury real estate, development, asset management, branded residences, or premium consumer brands.
•Strong experience in CRM-led lead generation and sales-driven marketing.
•Demonstrated experience engaging UHNW and HNW audiences.
•PR experience with a strong understanding of media landscapes.
